Harpur Palate is an American literary magazine, based at the Binghamton University in Binghamton, New York. It publishes fiction, essays and poetry twice each year.〔New Journal Already Old Tradition, Binghamton New York News, May 1, 2007.〕 Past contributors to the journal have been honored in the Best American Short Stories and the O.
